We had a wonderful Christmas Day. Meg was a little overwhelmed...Santa went over board again. She doesn't have a long attention span, so she is moving from toy to toy to toy. Emi on the other hand is content with this one toy she got - it's a mirror/piano that she adores.
I was spoiled by Phil- got everything I wanted and more. Unfortunately, Phil was a little disappointed that I didn't get him a PS3 but got him a Blu Ray instead. So I promised to get him a Wii now...but everyone is sold out. I hope I can find it soon.
Tonight we go to dinner with Phil's boss. I'm not into this - I'm not great at making small talk and we're just not "fancy restaurant" people. Oh well...it's once a year so I need to suck it up!! :-)
I am feeling a little overwhelmed right now. I have so much organizing to do - toys, clothes, etc. I have to do the money and organize receipts for tax time. I wish I had a week off...I could use it, but couldn't we all.
Off to start on the laundry and organizing. I need to think of NY's resolutions too. I really really want to get organized - and stay that way!!!
